食生活でアンチエイジング

みなさん、こんばんは。酒膳倶楽部の管理栄養士　AYAです。

今日は、お肌と抗酸化食材についてのお話です。
細胞がサビついてもろくなる（老化）の原因のひとつは、活性酸素によるものです。活性酸素の発生原因は、紫外線をはじめ、精神的なストレス、喫煙、排ガス、放射線など、日常生活の至るところにあり、これらを完全に排除することはできません。様々な危険因子からの酸化を防ぎ、若さと健康を維持するためには抗酸化＝サビ止め対策が大切になってきます。金属と同じように、ヒトの体も酸化します。

サビを予防するにはどうすればいいでしょうか。
活性酸素の発生防止や除去に役立つ抗酸化成分は食品から取り入れることができます。

細胞を若々しく保つ抗酸化作用が期待できる成分は、ビタミンC・Eのビタミン類、ポリフェノール、カロテノイドなどです。これらは、植物性食品に広く含まれます。酒膳倶楽部のお通しは、これらの成分を含むおよそ150gの野菜や海藻類などを使用して作られています。

日々増える体内の活性酸素の害を、毎日の食事に加え十分な睡眠と休養で肌の細胞の代謝を高めて予防していきましょう。
